"We're gonna sit here quiet and see if the DA can prove his case"

Who says that to someone they're suppose to be defending?! My brother refused to plead guilty for something he didn't do so he took it to trial and Mr. Kaiser was his attorney. He was asked to subpoena multiple people to testify in his defense, Kaiser only subpoenaed me, then the day before trial started he gave the DA permission to subpoena also without asking my brother first, asked 1 question when the DA had me on the stand and never called me to the stand for the defense. In addition to that my brother wanted to testify in his own defense and was told no. I he asked almost no questions during cross-examination of witnesses. He didn't mention keys facts that were important to the defenses case. He wasn't objecting to any remarks made by the DA. And we all know you can't present/build much of a case or give the jury more to think about and consider if you don't ask questions and question the answers! Mr. Kaiser also refused to talk to me during recess despite requesting to. He came out and as soon as I started talking he snaps at me, "I'm NOT DOING THIS WITH YOU RIGHT NOW, go have a seat" and points to the sofa I'd been sitting on for 2 days. The trial ended without getting to talk to him. He literally did next to nothing to try and fight for my brother! My brother ended up getting 5 yrs. he didn't deserve, thanks to this attorney's "Sit quietly and do nothing" strategy.

Horrible defense

Horrible defense

He was hired to represent me. In two and a half months he did nothing, he did not get the evidence needed for the case. Then when questioned about it, he withdrew from the case with three weeks to go. Major conflict of integrity. If I could give him a negative star I would.
