Zachary James Kluesner

Zach Kluesner is an attorney with DM Injury Law in Missouri, focusing his practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. He currently serves as the lead attorney for the firm’s Columbia office.

Zach’s competitive nature showed itself early in life, paired with a strong desire to help others succeed. That combination ultimately led him to plaintiff-side injury practice after beginning his career as an insurance defense attorney. Making the switch proved pivotal—one of Zach’s most defining early accomplishments was securing a substantial settlement against a multinational corporation shortly after transitioning to plaintiff representation.

Zach takes a hands-on approach to every case, staying closely involved from the outset. By applying pressure early and building momentum throughout the case, he works strategically to push defendants toward meaningful resolution. Originally from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Zach chose to remain close to home for his education, earning his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Missouri. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Banking, as well as his Juris Doctor.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys golfing and woodworking, and he values the time he spends with his wife and children.
