Victoria Ann Haggerty

Victoria Haggerty is a compassionate attorney who brings curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to learning to every case she handles. Drawn to the legal profession by her interest in understanding complex issues, Victoria is focused on making the legal process as clear and manageable as possible for her clients.

Victoria prioritizes ensuring her clients feel heard, supported, and valued from start to finish. She recognizes that the legal system can feel overwhelming—especially for those encountering it for the first time—and works to ease that stress through approachable communication and thoughtful guidance. Her personable nature, combined with a strong emphasis on empathy and transparency, helps build trust and confidence throughout the process.

A Kansas City native, Victoria earned her undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Missouri, along with minors in History and Italian. Her interest in language and culture led her to study abroad in Siena, Italy. After gaining professional experience in marketing, she pursued her Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. While at UMKC Law, Victoria distinguished herself in advocacy and moot court, earning induction into the Order of Barristers.

Outside of her legal practice, Victoria enjoys horseback riding, reading, staying active, and spending time with her dogs. She also volunteers with KC Pet Project’s Dog’s Day Out program, reflecting her passion for giving back to the community.
