Attorney Biography
Todd Lucas’s competitive nature has made personal injury law a natural fit throughout his career. From his very first settlement, Todd has demonstrated a strong commitment to ethical advocacy and client-first representation, consistently prioritizing the best interests of the people he serves.
Coming from a family deeply rooted in the legal profession, Todd followed a well-worn path by attending the University of Missouri School of Law, where many of his relatives earned their degrees. Since beginning his practice in 2015, he has handled a broad range of serious and catastrophic injury cases, including automobile and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death claims, and other complex matters.
In addition to maintaining an active caseload, Todd serves as the firm’s Chief Revenue Officer, helping guide the firm’s growth while continuing to deliver results for clients. He approaches every case—large or small—with the same level of intensity and care. His work has earned him numerous professional distinctions, including membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Club, recognition by Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, and selection as a Top 40 Trial Lawyers Under 40 honoree, among others.
A proud graduate of the University of Missouri–Columbia School of Law, Todd is a devoted Mizzou fan. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and whenever he can, getting out on the golf course with friends.
