Army Court-Martial of an Officer accused of interfering with an investigation of missing military equipment, giving false statements, and conduct unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman. After a finding of Unlawful Command Influence of the accused's command, the charges were ultimately dismissed. The Command was relieved, the Office of Special Counsel opened an investigation for violations against the accused, and my client is home with his family.
