Accused of felony abuse and pointing a firearm at another person. Matter ultimately came down to a determination of who would be believe and the case was won on cross-examination of the accuser.

Creek County charge of client accused of assaulting a spouse with a chair and other items. Case was based on a "he said/she said" type of investigation. Was charged with another felony charge at the same time that also resulted in a full acquittal.

Custer County charge of Assault and battery charges with Client (former leader of major Native American Tribe) charged in 1996, but never arrested despite being a local resident. Matter was dismissed after filing of Motion to Dismiss for Violation of Speedy Trial and Due Process Rights

Army Court-Martial of an Officer accused of interfering with an investigation of missing military equipment, giving false statements, and conduct unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman. After a finding of Unlawful Command Influence of the accused's command, the charges were ultimately dismissed. The Command was relieved, the Office of Special Counsel opened an investigation for violations against the accused, and my client is home with his family.

Federal Criminal Case arising from highway patrol stop in which over 100 lbs of marijuana that was hidden in a compartment in a RV. All evidence was suppressed and the case was dismissed. The court further found violations by the government for misuse of grand jury subpoenas.

Federal criminal case for possession of ammunition by a prohibited person (person under protective order). After motions to suppress arising from false statements from state law enforcement agents, the government agreed to dismiss all charges.

Federal investigation into tribal official accused of embezzlement, aiding and abetting of fraud, etc.). Federal government wanted client to plead guilty, but turned down. After grand jury investigation, no charges were ever brought.

Trial on divorce with spouse making demands of property and money. Client won on every issue. Now ex-spouse received no money or property.

Tulsa County felony prosecution of Texas client charged with multiple other individuals who were accused of defrauding businesses with fake social security numbers, etc. Client was an actual victim of the fraud.

Air Force Courts-Martial of young airman accused of rape. After multiple preliminary hearings (Article 32), and testimony that resulted in conflicting stories of witnesses, video evidence supporting innocence, and multiple motions - my client was dismissed.

Protective order trial against client accused of domestic abuse. After a trial on the merits of a spouse accusing another spouse of assault, the court dismissed the protective order after cross-examination of the accuser and the truthful testimony of my client.

State Felony charges against client for shooting dog while it attacked his farm animals. After interview of witness and repeated hearings, district attorney reduced charges to a misdemeanor that will be dismissed and all charges expunged.
