Attorney Biography
Patrick Carney is an attorney who brings tenacity and resolve to representing clients against powerful insurance companies. Although his initial interest in the law was rooted in environmental advocacy, Patrick ultimately found his purpose in personal injury law, where he could directly stand up for individuals facing well-resourced corporate opponents.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick worked as a title insurance claims attorney. In that role, he saw firsthand how insurance practices could leave everyday people exposed—sometimes costing homeowners everything due to mistakes entirely outside their control. That experience shaped his perspective and strengthened his commitment to protecting clients from unfair treatment by insurers.
Patrick approaches each case with intention and care, using his insider understanding of insurance company strategies to shield clients from the same tactics he once encountered on the defense side. Known for his calm, approachable demeanor, he understands how frightening and overwhelming the injury process can be and strives to provide reassurance, clarity, and strong advocacy throughout.
Originally from Chesterfield, Missouri, Patrick earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri. Outside of work, he’s an avid Mizzou football and St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoys hiking, skiing, playing soccer, and playing blues guitar—often inspired by his favorite musician, Robert Johnson.
