Attorney Biography
Montanna Hosterman has always been drawn to work that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She found that calling in the practice of law, where she can help real people navigate serious challenges and find solutions that directly affect their day-to-day lives. Motivated by a strong sense of fairness and a desire to stand up for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves, Montanna is passionate about helping clients pursue justice through thoughtful legal problem-solving.
In her personal injury practice, Montanna emphasizes client-centered representation, careful investigation, and thorough case preparation. She combines strong negotiation skills with genuine empathy, recognizing that effective advocacy requires both legal strategy and human connection. Clear, consistent communication is central to her approach, ensuring clients feel supported, heard, and confident throughout the process.
Montanna is especially committed to breaking down complex legal concepts into plain, understandable language. By helping clients fully grasp their rights and options, she builds trust and empowers them to make informed decisions. Her compassionate and approachable style strengthens the attorney-client relationship and helps clients feel truly understood during difficult times.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Montanna earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska–Kearney, where she competed as a collegiate soccer player and majored in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. She relocated to Kansas City in 2017 and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2020.
Montanna currently serves on the Young Professionals Board for Safehome, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing shelter, resources, and a path forward for survivors of intimate partner abuse. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through pickleball, disc golf, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.
