Mark Andrew Bolton

Mark Bolton is a Kansas City–based attorney at DM Injury Law who represents individuals harmed on the job, with a primary focus on workers’ compensation claims. Licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri, Mark is well positioned to assist clients throughout the metropolitan area on either side of the state line.

Mark has always believed that the most meaningful work is work that directly helps people in need. He brings that mindset to every case, taking the time to ensure clients feel respected, informed, and supported throughout the process. When a workplace injury puts someone’s life on pause, Mark provides steady, detail-oriented guidance and maintains consistent communication to help clients move forward with confidence.

Raised in the Overland Park area, Mark chose to remain close to home after earning his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. Joining DM Injury Law has allowed him to serve the community he grew up in by advocating for workers and protecting their rights.

Outside of the office, Mark is an avid automotive enthusiast who enjoys working on and repairing cars and boats. He also spends his free time on the water at local lakes, often accompanied by his two energetic dogs, Ranger and Jasper.
