Attorney Biography
Juliana Herrera’s commitment to the legal profession was shaped early by her role helping her parents navigate everyday challenges as non-native English speakers. From translating during school conferences and medical appointments to assisting with important paperwork, she saw how overwhelming systems can be when language becomes a barrier.
That understanding deepened when Juliana’s sister was injured in a car accident. Even with fluency in English, the legal process proved confusing and intimidating—an experience that solidified Juliana’s decision to pursue a legal career centered on clarity, accessibility, and client support. Her goal is to ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and empowered to ask questions at every stage of their case.
Juliana is recognized for her approachable, compassionate demeanor and strong attention to detail. She values listening closely to her clients, making sure they feel heard and fully understand what’s happening in their case. Organized and driven, she brings determination and care to every matter she handles.
Originally from Plains, Kansas, Juliana earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and justice studies from Fort Hays State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her energetic family, exploring local parks, and indulging her love of Mexican food. In her downtime, she can often be found reading, watching telenovelas, or catching up with friends and family.
