Jason Moore

As a founding partner of DiPasquale Moore, Attorney Jason Moore is dedicated to delivering strategic, results-driven representation for individuals who have been wrongfully injured. Over the course of his career, Jason has earned recognition for his work in personal injury law, with particular strength in civil litigation, insurance bad faith claims, and product liability cases.

Though raised in Chicago, Jason pursued his education in Missouri and launched his legal career in Kansas City, where he continues to practice today. Early in his career, Jason represented insurance companies in personal injury litigation. That experience proved formative—he gained firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate, defend, and minimize claims. Ultimately, Jason chose to shift sides, committing his practice to advocating for injured individuals rather than corporate defendants. His background gives him a strategic advantage, allowing him to anticipate insurer tactics and pursue claims with a focused, hard-hitting approach designed to secure meaningful results for his clients.

Jason is a highly respected trial attorney with extensive experience both inside and outside the courtroom. Outside of his legal practice, Jason enjoys staying active through running, cycling, and golf. He also enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with his family, and coaching youth sports.
