Above median-income family was challenged by
United States trustee with a filing that presumed
they had abused the bankruptcy system/laws. After
the trustee formalized their pleading to the
judge, attorney Ginter was able to prove his
client's case. He was able to prove the
intricacies of the client's financial situation
and submit the narrative and evidence to the US
trustee that caused the trustee to withdraw their
challenge to his client's case.
