Eugene Thompson charged me over $43,000.00 to handle a simple insurance claim of $25,000.00 dollars. He failed to bring in all of the evidence or witnesses for me. His dear friend Tommy Cox was representing Farm Bureau Insurance. Mr. Thompson failed to properly depose the Insurance companies witnesses or impeach them when they were caught lying on the stand. Mr. Thompson then attempted to bill me another $49,000.00 for 60 hours of court time. He was supposed to charge $250.00 per hour. What a cheating P.O.S. When it went to Federal Court. The Federal Judge threw his false bill out. Eugene Thompson wants to brag he is a Marine. But he got out of the Marines when the country went to Vietnam. What a gutless individual. Never hire him or his son Kennedy Thompson. A chip off of the old P.O.S. Block.
