Update: Went to court today for trial and got to see Mr. Garrett Ogata work his magic. They offered another silly plea deal to which Mr Ogata was able to get rid of the fine, the community service, the classes, and reduced the charges, to be dismissed after 90 days of no more getting in trouble. Not proud to say I've been through this whole ordeal as I have a great appreciation of our justice system. After seeing the difference between public pretender #1 and Garrett Ogata, I see why so many believe our system is broken... They need a better lawyer! I couldn't have asked for a better or more helpful lawyer, advocate or friend. Hope I never need your services ever again! ... Nobody likes to deal with legal issues, but from my first call to Mr. Ogata's office, I've experienced nothing but amazing service, advice and communication.
