I have found Craig Stine in my humble opinion to be among the most unethical of attorneys who will do absolutely anything and conspire with anyone for money. He, I recently learned helped someone who has been in decades long mental health care to change the will of a woman suffering from neurologic decline, and then he witnessed a beneficiary to that woman's trust sign as a witness along with him to her competency. I'm not sure that's even legal but I'm looking forward to a learning experience which I can use to help make changes to protect people from Attorneys like Craig Stone, His, what I believe are lack of even the most basic decency and standards and total lack of ethics can be interpreted in one of two ways depending what you're looking for. If you're looking for someone to help you hurt innocent people and victimize beneficiaries and heirs and (ab)use the law to do it then I think he and his associate Mrs. Rojo will be a good fit for you. If you are looking for honesty and a clean person then you may want to look further. I study constitutional law because I'm so sick of seeing people victimized by people like Craig Stone and Mrs Rojo and now he's victimized me and as I always look for the lesson in people who bring these kind of experience to my life and that has made me realize there is more than constitutional laws that need to be changed and or enforced and I fully plan to bring pleas before the courts and learn enough probate law to help make changes to keep people like him from stealing doing what they do best, stealing and helping others steal countless fortunes from those they victimize for fun and profit. Nevada needs to be aroused to make themselves among the US states that recognize the “ probable cause” clause vis a vis the no contest clause. Without it the State is as complicit as lawyers like Craig Stone in their guilt of this legalized and State sanctioned probate theft. Further, I plan to bring motion and entice Federal legislation to make it incumbent upon Nevada and all States to introduce a Federally mandated Statute wherein all those who in any way amend, create, add codicils to or change trusts or wills anywhere within the US must by law be video and or audio recorded to state in a coherent manner that they understand what they are doing and signing and give a brief explanation of said understanding. In conclusion if you're looking for a someone to help you victimize and stal from innocent people I think you should look no further than him and his associate Rojo. If you want a more pleasant and ethical person then I think you should seek elsewhere. Have a blessed journey finding the right lawyer.
