Frank Matthew Aerni

With 17 years of legal experience, Matt Aerni is a dedicated advocate for clients facing criminal charges, family law disputes, and personal injury cases. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Matt Aerni earned his undergraduate degree in International Relations in 1998. After five years working in insurance, he pursued his passion for law, obtaining his law degree in 2007. Since then, he has built a reputation for aggressive representation and a client-focused approach.

Matt has secured multiple “not-guilty” verdicts in both misdemeanor and felony jury trials, successfully argued pre-trial motions that resulted in complete dismissals of criminal charges, and obtained settlements of $1,000,000 or more for accident victims. He understands that every case is personal, and he is committed to providing clients with the attention, strategy, and advocacy they deserve.
