Attorney Biography
Rusty Fracassa has over 25 years of experience working for seniors and their families as an elder law attorney in Kansas City and across the area. Prior to law school, he was a practicing accountant, which provided invaluable experiences in his current practice of law. When asked what he wanted to do, his reply was “I just want to sit around the kitchen table and work directly with people.” Rusty's studies include Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting, Master's in Inter-Cultural Studies and Doctorate in Juris Prudence. He has been an active member of numerous and varied professional organizations, including, the Missouri Bar’s committees on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a charter member of Elder Counsel®; Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Rusty works directly with client’s long term care issues, including Medicaid, Veteran’s Benefits, Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Special Needs Planning.
