My bankruptcy lawyer sued Bayview loan servicing because my lawyer found where Bayview had sent horrible reports to the Credit Bureaus. The law firm did this because they wanted to help me with a fresh start after bankruptcy. When my bankruptcy was completed, this loan servicing company and their lawyer agreed with the courts/trustee and my bankruptcy lawyers that my loan was current and their lawyers agreed to the approval of the HAMP Affordable Loan. After the lawsuit Bayview has continued to harass me in so many ways. Examples: Added large sums of money to my loan, placed on my account that I bounced 8 checks, even though I have cashier checks and bank statements to prove that this didn't happened, publicized my account history to the Credit Bureau even though it's incorrect and now, they have added an extra thousand dollars to my account , stating this was added to my account for October 1,2020. Sir, I have not missed not one payment since I signed for this loan in 3 years and 10 months. I have receipts and bank statements to show. Even though Bayview and their lawyers agreed that my loan was current after completing my bankruptcy but Bayview put in writing that the Trustee did not send them a payment so they stalled and added a 10.75 interest to my loan for 7 months and added it to the HAMP affordable Loan. Sir, I would like for you allow me to explain to you what this company have done to me emotionally . They have stressed me out so much. Here in this awful time that I am going through and they placing this demand that I pay them an extra thousand dollars. This has been added to my house note and this is what they have done to us over and over for twenty years. My loan balance is higher now than it was over twenty years ago. They will continue to add fees and late fees until they tell me I'm two months behind on house payments then three and then they will have their lawyers to send a letter stating foreclosure. Please let me talk to you. I have receipts , statements and everything to prove how these people carry on. I love my house I'am a retired school teacher and I need serious advice
