Wasn't involved
April Carlson was quiet during mediations, and had no advice to give me when I didnt agree with the
other party. She wrote up the mediation agreement wrong, which cost me custody of my daughter until
I hired a new lawyer and spent another year and a half getting custody back. After paying for an
evaluation, she wouldn't let me see it, and over the phone, gave me the wrong information. I would
have lost my daughter if I'd stuck with her. And retaining her is a massive regret of mine.
