First Geil failed to inform me of who my Employer was. Geil knew of the 1997 Contract between SCS Group and Lansing. Second Geil knew that PCG was not my Employer and never authorized by the sole person by contract to either provide medical care or return to work. Third Geil knew that I am presumed still disabled because Charles Williams with PCG withheld my surgical video and bone and ligament. This case actually was open and shut as SCS Group never contested my disability. And PAS by said contract was merely a labor broker with no other right than to offer work.
