We have tried contacting Seth Bierlein NUMEROUS times to help my dad thru GM Legal services and Mr. Bierlein NEVER returned even ONE of our calls after months of trying. Save yourself and request a different attorney. He charges GM for services that he claims to have done for us but we have yet to see anything and its been almost a year trying to get him to respond. We have left many messages asking for paperwork or even a call return and it falls on deaf ears. GM really needs to get rid of him and hire an attorney that takes care of their retirees.
