Over 45 years of labor and employment experience and 42 years experience in the Taft-Hartley, multiemployer fringe benefit area representing funds that collectively had in excess of over $1 Billion in assets under management. Experience with fiduciary duty issues, prohibited transactions, under ERISA, pary in interest transactions and the like. Admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, the 3rd, 7th, 9th and D.C. Circuit courts of appeal and US District Courts in Illinois and Indiana. Over 700 federal cases handled, over 100 cases tried to verdict, cases handled in Illinoiss, NY, NJ, Tennessee, Pennsylvania,Wisconsin, Missouri, and California. Rated "preeminent" by Martindale Hubbell, a Super Lawyer, Leading Lawyer, a Fellow in the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
