I had used Dominic as an attorney in Family Law to represent me in a case for adult guardianship. It was successful and I was pleased. I then hired him to draw up a will for myself. I contacted him in July of 2024. It took months of texting and phone calls to finally get the will finalized in May of 2025. In July of 2024 I asked him to handle a case involving non-payment of a loan, involving a large sum of money, that I had made with an individual. The loan was made with a promissory note so I had legal backing. Dominic agreed to represent me and said he would start with sending out letters requesting payment. Once again, it took months of texts, mostly not responded to, and phone calls to him to see what was being done. I was assured that he was handling the case. In March of this year, 2026, after a demand to know what was happening, that garnered yet another no response, I asked him if I should just find another attorney. He finally responded, telling me that I should just file a civil suit, and that he did not have time to take care of that for me, due to his oh so busy schedule. After months and months of trying to get this case settled, he just left me hanging, with not even apologizing for his lack of effort. I am completely frustrated and disgusted with his actions and attitudes. Apparently, he only works for his clients in a timely manner when court timelines force him to do so.
