Avoid this Law Firm at all Costs!
WARNING: If you care about communication with your attorney or about their honesty, this is not the
firm for you! This law firm will put you through mental HELL!
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I am constantly lied to and told
something is done when it's clear it has not been. Worse yet, you have to figure out the lack of
diligence by yourself because they will not communicate that they did not complete what they said
they would do; they simply Ghost you.
I try not to be the pushy client and to let them perform their craft, but I have spoken to them only
4 times in over a year. Good luck getting a callback. (TIP: call from a different number and pretend
you are a new client, they will call you back right away) When I do speak to them, I am told
something is done when it is not. Nice on the phone when you can reach them, but zero
follow-through. They do not care even in the slightest what the client asks nor what is in his best
interest. In fact, I am not sure what goals they have. At first, I thought they were mentally Ill
with the way they acted, then I thought they were simply greedy (which I could tolerate), but as
time passed, it was clear there was no logical reasoning for their conduct and lack of
professionalism. There should be a sitcom about this law firm, bc it would actually be funny if it
were not your case.
I am on the fence about reporting them to the MI Bar examiners for ethics violations. I wish no ill
will but I am almost to the point of a cry for help!! And I do not wish this treatment for anyone
else who mistakenly hires this group. If I did not need this lawsuit to pay expenses, I would fire
them and start over. (still may need to) If they do not change their conduct soon, I am going to
blast this everywhere and even do a podcast on how abysmal this firm acts. I would worry about how
they will treat me after this post, but since it can not get any worse without outright fraud or
theft being committed, I do not care anymore. Something needs to be done because attorneys should
NEVER treat clients like this. (cue the lawyer jokes)
Let me be clear, this type of law is not complex at all, the law is cookie cutter, but it is all
about process and the art of negotiation, and no attorney should ignore their clients, EVER. It's
crazy when someone with a legal background feels this way...I can not even imagine how someone with
no legal experience feels. I know other attorneys who are litigators and they can not explain this
situation either. I feel like we need a support group after this experience.
