I do NOT recommend this attorney or her law office at all. She "acted" as my attorney and filed a "Stipulation of dismissal," dismissing a case that I told her that I did NOT want dismissed. I did not authorize or want this motion filed. I did NOT have knowledge of this document until AFTER it was filed. She did not look out for my best interests and went behind my back to do something that I specifically told her not to do. I have filed a complaint with the Maine Bar Overseers and will now have to file a motion to the Court, which states that she was not authorized by me to make such a decision and that her actions were a "breach of duty."
