Ashley Marie Hart

Motivated by a lifelong desire to help others, Attorney Ashley Hart is committed to being a strong advocate for her clients and an unwavering supporter of their success. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas before completing her Juris Doctor at Washburn University School of Law.

Prior to joining DM Injury Law as a personal injury attorney in Kansas City, Ashley gained valuable experience as a VA-accredited veterans disability lawyer, where she passionately defended the rights of injured and disabled veterans. She brings a hands-on approach to every case, pairing straightforward communication with genuine compassion as she helps injury victims pursue justice across Kansas and Missouri.

Outside of her legal practice, Ashley enjoys spending time with her two dogs, traveling to new places, getting lost in a good book, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
