Jed Nixon and his useless staff are responsible for a police report being removed from my court file and replaced with another document. Jed knows full well that the original report read completely different he also is aware that the change happened within his office. I spoke with him and asked him where the other report was he stated that he didn't know and that was the end of it in his head because he didn't know what happened to it. The problem is he doesn't care what happened to it. He doesn't care that someone in his office altered my court file he doesn't care about the effects that it had on the case he doesn't care about the fraud committed upon the court the fraud committed against me he doesn't care about the lies and deceit that he or someone in his office changed that documents and replaced it . It doesnt bother him that this fraud has such a negative impact and drastically affects my children. On multiple occasions I had to stop Jed from ruining my case his office altered a medical release form after I had filled it out and signed it and in a specific manner requesting private medical documents be released to his office so he and I could review them. He had a secretary alter it changing it to have them released to a third party I didn't approve of instead. Fortunately I figured out what he was up to and was able to block the release of the documents and records from the hospital but I shouldn't have had to worry about anything like that happening and Jed admitted he was doing because he thought it easier for him that way instead of doing it the way I wanted it done. In the end I fired him and represented myself a trial. And because of the decisions I made that 6 times on record Jed stated was against his advice the prosecutors office drops nearly all the b******* charges after 3 years of ruining my life. If you would like to use utilize Jed simply asked him what his advice and is and do the opposite and he's great for giving you an idea of how the prosecution's thinking because he thinks just like they do. SIX times I had to sign that what I was doing was against his advice and what I did and everything I did was how I won and saved my own life in the end.
