I was contacted by a Thomas Irvin, he claims to be going after scammer who I got scammed by a few years back. He emailed me a certificate/ diploma s claiming he attended a workshop in 1995. This has been going on a for a while. I was scammed and he does have some information regarding this situation. Is this guy legit. I don’t think he is as he contacted me .
