When I first hired her she said that she was confident that she could win the case until she found out who the other attorney was and then she gave up from there. She is the worse attorney ever. Do not pay her in advance because she will not work on your case. She represented me in a child custody/relocation case. She did nothing to help me, I paid her upfront and I did most of the work figuring out what evidence that would benefit my case. She sided with the other parties attorney to set me up to fail. She allowed the other attorney to badger me during trial. She didn't properly pre me for trial, although she knew what questions the other attorney was going to ask me. She didn't supply me with any information from the other party. I didn't get to view any discovery from the other party, but I had to give up witnesses, interrogatories, income tax information, etc. Although, I had the burden of proof the other party didn't have to give up anything. Both parties had to take a parenting class and the other party did not with the excuse that he had to work. This was an expectable excuse and wasn't argued during the trial. Tracy is unprofessional and her attire is sad for her to be in such a profession position. When we went to court other attorneys that I knew from my pass thought that I was the attorney and she was the client. It was embarrassing to be seen with her because she looks a mess. She needs to revaluate her career because she definitely makes African American Lawyers look bad. She also helped my grandson's grandmother obtain an illegal guardianship without legally notifying my daughter and used it to take my grandson from my daughter when the grandmother was not a legal citizen of the United States at that time. I could have easily reported her to the Bar for that. Attorney Tracy Davis only care about taking clients money. I'm surprised that she is still in practice. Don't waste your time. She doesn't have her picture up because she knows people are telling the truth about her unprofessional tactics.
