RE Incident at Hopkins Eatery, December of 1988 & Crash Incident in Ocala FL, on January 18, 2004

He assisted in getting the maximum amount for my injury at Hopkins Eatery after my fall on the concrete floor in the preparation area when I tripped over a box of tuna that had not yet been put up. He also represented us in the crash incident that happened in Ocala, FL. I believe that a more thorough research would have been done, if my prior attorney had not misunderstood me and thought that I said that I lied when I told him that the social worker Mary Devine from Catholic Social Services lied about me and told him that the only problem we ever had was a budget problem. Our handicapped son passed away in July of 2003 and our fire incident happened on November 2, 1989, of which the Tallahassee Fire Department put out for us and the Officers of the Tallahassee Police Department assisted with the incident withheld from the press to protect the child of almost five years old, of whom's birthday would be on the following New Years Day, from exploitation and publicity. A fire report was filled out for the incident in question. There were other issues that I was not allowed to discuss at that time by certain individuals. My husband was also assisted with the incident at BP, Island Foods, shortly after my injury at Hopkins Eatery, He was also assisted with his Social Security Benefits, for Disability. I was assisted later in North Carolina for my benefits for Social Security Disability when we moved to be closer to my Mom, at the time before her passing away, after being at a very good nursing home. He assisted greatly in these matters. I would have like to have had more time on the case for the Semi-truck crash incident, to handle more details, as due to the force of the impact, my glasses were found at the rear of the van, after it was taken to the police impound yard. It was hard to read the documents that I was expected to sign at the Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida. I was expecting to be in trouble for our first born son's crash incident that happened in Minot, ND of which I still have documentation on that as well, due to being the driver of the Green Ford Pinto that was involved in that single vehicle crash, because I was blinded by headlights of a vehicle at night of which I could not determine the make of the vehicle headed towards me in October of 1976.
