I searched on the Florida Bar and he looks OK, but I also found out that foreign students on the web complained that he hired them to do some application for gaming and they never really got paid for the work. A couple of them felt scammed because working for attorney Ralph was supposed to keep them in the country, which sounds to me like a "sweatshop". Same as my friend, which is a foreign student and he shared with me that this attorney gave him a job without paying him, so he can stay in the country!
