Mr. Hancock was hired because I was in a car accident that was not my fault. In fact, the other driver took full responsibility and was cited by the police. I took the other driver to court to pay for my unpaid medical expenses which amounted to approximately $10K. Not only did I lose the case...it ended up costing me $40K and declaring bankruptcy because I had to pay the opposing attorney's legal fees. I also have permanent damage to my neck. ( My skull was pushed forward) Yes I was wearing my seatbelt. I can not look up at the sky, I can only turn my head left a partial way. Mr. Hancock assured me " I had nothing to worry about. We are only going after the unpaid medical expenses." Silly me.. I believed him. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID !!!
