I am in the middle of a case with this attorney and wish that I could travel back in time and not use him. He is very slack and does not communicate well. You have to badger him via email in order to get any information and then he doesn't do anything but say that these things take time. The last unsolicited email I received from months back claimed the case would settle in a few weeks. I would ask him what a few weeks meant in his world, but I probably wouldn't receive a response.

Had a simple case and he kept 67%. Also would never return emails unless I threatened to drop him after weeks of not getting any reply's from my emails.
