Totally Incompetent and a Liar

My wife had her identity stolen and over $1800 was charged to her Chase credit card. We live and work in Florida for the federal government and these charges were for an entire month made in Arkansas. We notified Chase and filled out the proper paperwork for identity theft and Chase still held us liable. This was clearly a slam dunk case worth some money. So we filed suit and used Frank Kerney - WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! After a year of my wife's credit take a huge decrease and denied loans because of Chase's mistake, Frank comes to use with an offer of $2,100!?!? This guy needs the money more than you do so stay away from him. He is nothing but an incompetent crook and liar.
