Attorney Biography
ERNEST LEE is the managing partner of the firm, with a broad range of legal and tax experience.
Ernest advises individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts regarding US domestic and international tax planning. In addition to an extensive background in tax, Ernest has significant experience relating to business law, bankruptcy, real estate law, trusts and estates and negotiation.
Ernest graduated in the top 15% of his class with a J.D. from Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2002, studying International and Comparative Legal and Tax Systems at the University of London, Institute for Advanced Legal Studies. Ernest earned a B.A. from University of Hawaii in 1998 and was retired from the United States Army in 1993. Ernest is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and regularly represents clients before the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Ernest is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, International Professional Rodeo Association, Professional Cowboy Association, Southern Rodeo Association, National Rifle Association and the American Quarter Horse Association.
