Erin advocated for my son Khalil like I would have. She was my Warrior Mom, as I prayed. Sadly, because the attorney for the state had political aspirations, my son was sentenced to 8 years. I know that God placed Erin in our lives to show us what a compassionate advocate really is. Today, I await my Bar Exam results, because I want to do for others what Erin did for us.
