Kenneth G. Bartlett Swindled MVA Victim Out of His Share of Jury Award
March 02, 2021 - Stamford, CT - - - Atty. Kenneth G. Bartlett, a shyster? You be the judge. A
Kenneth G. Bartlett client wants to share his experience. "He screwed me out of my jury award, in
about 1994, subsequent to a motor vehicle accident, which ironically occurred just steps from his
office. What he did not plan on was the Wild, Wild, West internet, some 25-years after he screwed a
guy who trusted him, where I would rate him and educate the public on my experience. After being
rare ended, in New Haven, CT, near Chapel Street, Bartlett, on his way back to his corner office
(now a Subway Sandwich Shop) walked up to my car and handed me his card."
Kenneth G. Bartlett, now practices law in Madison, CT. The aggrieved client adding; "In good faith,
I retained him, because I was, but no longer am trusting of people. After I signed the retainer, he
treated me like dirt. He was hostile and intimidated me. If I asked him questions about my case,
unconscionably, he blew up at me. Perhaps the PRELUDE to his scheme. Today, my complaint would
would be be registered with the BAR association." Complainant tells us he was too trusting; "But
I did not know better, then. It was not good enough that he literally stumbled on a pretty decent
PI case, he had to take unfair advantage of me too and GLOM all the money, perpetuated in his sham.
After a Jury Trial in Waterbury, CT., in my favor, Bartlett took all the award money, rather than
his agreed 1/3, including my award money, under the guise that he needed to be paid, citing I was
not entitled to anything, even though I signed the standard 1/3 retainer agreement with him. That's
right, Kenneth G. Bartlett of 1308 Durham Road Madison, CT 06443 swindled me. Fast forward 21-
years, retired now, I have plenty of time to write reviews, about Kenneth G. Bartlett because karma
goes around and he scammed me. I gave him opportunity to make good, he didn't take me seriously. He
will pay for screwing me one way or another, because I genuinely don't need the money, now. I just
want Bartlett to know that I know, and now everyone will know that he took advantage of me. "
Kenneth G. Bartlett actions caused irreparable damage to the defrauded client; " it's just principal
for me, now. But then, I needed the award money to care for my family while out of work.
Incidentally, Kenneth G. Bartlett was the first person that ever swindled me. And if he did it to
me, he is likely to do it to you, in my opinion. Enjoy the money Mr. Bartlett. You swindle a guy
who was injured in a car accident? Shame on you! Now I'm going to write about it. I may have given
you 40% if you were honest. NO hard feelings." If you are taken advantage of by a lawyer, contact
