"He screwed me out of my jury award, in about 1994, subsequent to a motor vehicle accident, which ironically occurred just steps from his office. What he did not plan on was the Wild, Wild, West internet, some 25-years after he screwed a guy who trusted him, where I would rate him and educate the public on my experience. After being rare ended, in New Haven, CT, near Chapel Street, Bartlett, on his way back to his corner office (now a Subway Sandwich Shop) walked up to my car and handed me his card." Kenneth G. It was not good enough that he literally stumbled on a pretty decent PI case, he had to take unfair advantage of me too and GLOM all the money, perpetuated in his sham. After a Jury Trial in Waterbury, CT., in my favor, Bartlett took all the award money, rather than his agreed 1/3, including my award money, under the guise that he needed to be paid, citing I was not entitled to anything, even though I signed the standard 1/3 retainer agreement with him. Bartlett because karma goes around and he scammed me. I gave him opportunity to make good, he didn't take me seriously. He will pay for screwing me one way or another, because I genuinely don't need the money, now. I just want Bartlett to know that I know, and now everyone will know that he took advantage of me.
