Thomas Allison is the worse attorney I have dealt with. He did nothing for my case. The day of the hearing he could not even recall details related to the case. I asked to speak to the judge and did his job for him. Whenever I would address my concerns with him, he lashed out in an angry way so that I would not advocate for myself. He disclosed my case to a colleague in an effort to gain her as client. He violated my privlidge. He submitted my evidence with only half of the photo copy (it was chopped off) and he was careless enough to submit it this way. he did not care what so ever. Worse off he acused me of having mental issues and when I asked to meet with him to discuss my case he said he was going to bring his brother to assess me. I later found out he did the same with my colleague. Do not hire him! He will be full of sorry excuses as to why he doesn't work on your case so that you pity him (i.e. i haven't spent time with my daughter". He is extremely unprofessional and will make you feel like you are crazy when you stand up for yourself. I am in the process of reporting him to the bar.
