Acted as co-lead counsel in the eight-day jury
trial of Yu Chung Koo v. Huang Cho Hong, where we
obtained a verdict for $1.5 Million in
compensatory damages and $90,000 in punitive
damages for fraud. Post-judgment, we continued to
represent client as the respondent in the Court of
Appeals action (B228431), where the judgment was
affirmed in full.
