I would not recommend Nicole as a lawyer. My daughter’s case was straight forward, and she promised it was go smoothly, first impression seemed all good and that she was on your side. Her assistant Tanya and herself would NEVER return calls to give us updates. Many times, Tanya would say she will talk to Nicole and get back to us and you guessed it we never got a phone call back! Not only was my daughters court date Dec. 23rd, but Nicole also never called my daughter back the day before to tell us what the hell was going on. We had no idea if she needed to show up at court or if the charges were dropped! My daughter finally emailed her that evening and she FINALLY responded saying, "oh, the DA did not look at your case yet so they will get you a new court date in three weeks". NO PROFESSIONALIAM WHAT SO EVER! Then on the 26th of Dec, we finally get a call from Tanya saying charges were dropped, that's great news, right??! Then when I daughter got the paperwork, it showed the charges were dismissed Dec. 1st!!!!!! A whole month of stressing could have been eliminated but NO, they couldn't seem to do a simple task. This was an awful experience, and a lawyer should be taking the stress out of dealing with the courts, but she only added to it! Do your research and don't go with Nicole.

She's failed to communicate with me let them violate my right to speedy trial IV been a victim of police brutality sence and think cause I got black son they had no right to serch me that night impounded my truck that's probably the 10th-15th vehicle the cops are dispossess me of made it impossible to get back I just want my f****** pistol back and I'll be gone I will never come back to this state again my family don't give a f*** about me just want to get the hell gone and it's just leaving me stuck here
