to a refund of all her money and payoff of the
outstanding balance owed for the Nissan. On appeal
and in the California Supreme Court was the issue
of whether Plaintiff could recover attorney fees
against the finance company under the FTC Holder
rule. Plaintiff prevailed at the trial court,
court of appeal, and California Supreme Court.
