Since 1985 Mary E. Conn has represented clients faced with all level of criminal offenses, from misdemeanors to felonies, from marijuana to murder, from assault to capital murder, in state courts and in federal courts. Our office serves clients all around Texas and California as well as in all federal courts, in all 50 states and the territories.

Our job is to get you out of whatever mess you're in with the least possible damage. We win.

We work to provide timely responses to all clients and tirelessly to ensure your case receives the utmost attention and that you get the best possible result. Founded in 1958, NACDL is the largest organization for criminal defense lawyers fighting to preserve fairness within America's criminal justice system. The organization has more than 10,000 direct members including criminal defense attorneys in private practice, public defenders in state or federal court, U.S. military defense counsel, law professors and judges.


National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws NLC -

More than 350 criminal defense attorneys belong to the NORML National Legal Committee (NLC). Members of the NORML NLC include many prominent criminal defense lawyers who are dedicated to ending prohibition of marijuana through education, legal reform and activism.
