Absolutely Horrible!!! Worst lawyer in San Diego ever!! I hired her to write a prenup. She did not protect me at all whatsoever but instead did the exact opposite and gave away my assets!! My prenup is a complete joke and completely worthless. She put in it giving away 1% of my income yearly permanently for every year we were together. When we've been together 20+ years at the time. So instead of a protecting me & my assets, she wrote up a paperwork giving away my assets. I would have been better off with no prenup at all! She put in there whatever vehicles he drives the most, he can keep. Knowing he drives all of my work trucks. So she gave away my yearly income, my work trucks, my retirement etc. Kelly is hands down is the worst lawyer and most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with. Then on top of that I have been trying to get a copy of my Trust & Prenup for over 30+ days and she will not send my paperwork over no matter what. So if you want the worst lawyer ever that gives away your property and refuses to send you over your paperwork then you're in the right place. But if you want a good lawyer that actually returned your calls, sends your paperwork over and writes up a good prenup without giving away all your property then you're in the wrong place. Don't waste years being put through living hell like I did giving her multiple chances, when every single chance she will screw you over again. I have to place a complaint with the State Bar just in order to get a copy of my trust and prenup. Absolutely unbelievable after years of giving her chances!!!
