When I came to her, I was desperate, my case was a mess. She gladly took me on and said she would do what she could. I now realize she only tried for me the first couple of months, and the rest of the time was just binding time until I had nothing left to give her. She eventually caused me to have a restraining order against me, because she and her team wouldn't proceed how I needed them to. The restraining order was totally bogus and had I proceeded without her help, it would've been dismissed. But she is very pushy and frightened me that it may affect the outcome of my custody case if I lost. Then her associate lost it for me and her attitude changed, now it was irrelevant to my custody dispute. Well, which is it? Turns out she was right the 1st time, after she dumped me, the judge commented on my being restrainedore times than the supposed victim. Now, the victim treats me however she wants, and I can't say anything or when I did, the judge said I was engaging in sanctionable conduct. Then ilona insisted that I should request the removal of opposing counsel. I did, and got sanctioned for making supposedly disparaging comments. Then she made a motion for a new trial and it didn't hold up. I was sanctioned for that too. Ilona made it to where I can't even call my son's doctor's to find out about his health because she did nothing when the minute orders stated erroneously that I was harassing providers. She told opposing counsel to fix it and typed up her own order, without it. Nothing got submitted and no one cared to hear me out about it. I came to ilona without my child, I left without my child, without the ability to talk to his doctos, without any money at all, without any possibility for legal help, witha sanctions award and with a restraining order. Now I found out that I won't even have grandkids and I can't do anything about it because she made it so I'm cut off from having any contact with doctors or any viable legal custody. The entire time, she never once said that my child should be returned to me. After she dumped me, her firm took on a client who shook her baby. She is being zealously represented and the firm is doing head stands helping her. Me? She actually talked me out of trying to enforce some orders because "it might come back to me" yeah, this way is better, no one is coming back to me and I have nothing to hire anyone else with. She robbed me and helped the other side by leaving me without any resources to fight them further. Ilona is a dishonest and heartless woman who prays on people like me, who love and miss their kids. I wish I never met her :(
