This attorney took up Pima County Superior Court case against me, the rightful and only heir of decades-long client Samuel and Joan Leight of Paul D Slosser and then Timothy Struse, instead of apologizing for failure to inform me of the probate of my father's estate when he passed away, and my legal alternatives. It has now been over five years since my mother passed away, and my half brother, a former attorney for Attorney General Terry Goddard and U-Haul, exerted undue influence over my mother on her 94-year-old death bed to control property, and sell it for about half market value in an all-cash deal, that had expressly belonged to my father and his parents. I have recieved nothing from both my parents' estate and employing Timothy Struse and Paul D Slosser has proved absolutely waste of my parents' funds and estate.

Both my parents hired Paul D Slosser for decades of Trust Estate work. He did not inform me, the only son and heir of Samuel and Joan Leight, that my father's will had been probated and the alternatives I faced upon my father's death. I complained about this with law suit to the Pima County Superior Court, and Slosser's law firm assigned Timothy Struse Jr to represent themselves adversarily against me, instead of apologizing for their grievous oversight. Since that time, neither Struse nor associates have done a thing for my case, and my parents' every fund has been controlled by my half brother, Attorney (ret) Michael Norris Harrison. Employing Struse et al has been absolutely a waste of life and funds for both me and my parents.
