Highway emergency repair tech was on a call getting tool from his vehicle, when the vehicle he was working on, was struck by another vehicle pinning the repair tech between the vehicle he was repairing and his own vehicle. Injuries consisted of crush injuries and broken bones to both legs requiring complete occupational retraining.

We represented an individual in a wrongful death case that was involved in a motorcycle accident where the rider of the motorcycle entered an intersection was struck by another vehicle due to the driver of that vehicle not yielding. Unfortunately, the motorcycle rider died as a result of complications from his injuries.

Passenger riding along in vehicle suffered ruptured breast implants and needed immediate surgery when a large semi truck with tractor trailer made a left turn in front of the vehicle she was riding in.
