Daniel Cohen is the Founder of Consumer Attorneys. Daniel oversees the firm's branding, marketing, client intake and business development efforts.Daniel has a strong track record of successfully representing consumers throughout the United States in class action litigation, obtaining both monetary and non-monetary relief for consumers in many cases. He also represents visually-impaired consumers who believe that their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act have been violated in physical and digital spaces.Daniel received his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and his bachelor of arts degree in Humanities from Thomas Edison State College. He is admitted to the practice of law in New York and Arizona.A nationally-recognized consumer protection lawyer, Daniel has served on the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the National Consumer Law Center since 2017.
