Attorney Biography
Mr. Tolin was admitted to the Wyoming Bar in 1978. A graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie, WY, he practices law from beautiful central wyoming in Casper. Mr. and Mrs. Tolin raised four children in Casper, Wyoming. They are now the proud grandparents of four children, 6 grandogs, 1 grandcat, and 1 grandturtle (on display in their Casper office.)
