Cassi Baumgardner

Cassi Baumgardner is a criminal defense attorney based in Northern Virginia. She has experience representing clients on a variety of cases. These cases have ranged from dealing with Drug Possession to Reckless Driving and more complicated misdemeanor offenses.

Cassi has experience serving as a law clerk at the Prominent Neil Rockind P.C. law firm in Detroit, Michigan. Her main focus while in Detroit was assisting on high-profile criminal trials involving medical marijuana. With the exposure to legal issues, Cassi has a strong practical foundation in trail preparation. Cassi also served the Department of Veterans Affairs providing legal assistance with veteran claims, and supported Legal Services of Oklahoma City on military law issues. Growing up in a family with several generations of service in the U.S. Armed Forces, Cassi is particularly sensitive to the circumstances that legal issues can present military members and their families.

Cassi earned her J.D. at the Michigan State University College of Law where she was an officer of the Spartan Youth Advocacy Society. She developed a passion for assisting others and that passion drove her to become a lawyer and motivates her to provide services to the public.
