Attorney Biography
My practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and eminent domain litigation. I have substantial experience representing clients in energy, real estate, and general commercial litigation proceedings and have represented clients before state and federal courts and arbitration panels.I have represented clients in a variety of contract disputes, including disputes concerning the interpretation of leases, joint operating agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. I also have substantial experience in eminent domain litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and insurance litigation.I've successfully litigated multi-million dollar cases to verdict, and have obtained successful results for my clients at every stage of litigation.
