Joseph Fisher

Joe Fisher is an experienced and compassionate attorney at George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers. At the firm, Joe focuses his practice primarily on the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation law. It is in these fields that Joe uses his legal background and passion for helping others to secure the compensation and benefits his clients deserve.

As a personal injury lawyer, Joe handles many cases involving preventable car wrecks, including accidents caused by distracted, drunk, or otherwise negligent drivers. In these cases, he fights to secure compensation for the damages victims suffer, including their medical bills, lost income, and pain and suffering. When representing workers who suffer injuries on the job, Joe fights tirelessly to help them secure workers’ compensation benefits.

A native of West Virginia, Joe knows the value of hard work, having been raised by a mother who was a school teacher and a father who worked in construction and mining. Joe earned his undergraduate degree from Marshall University and his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
